In the containers is sand mixed with alluvial gold, or gold dust. First, the sand is poured in to a large bowl. The bowl is lightly shaken in water. This bowl is designed to collect gold with furrows. This customer has collected this much of gold after ten minutes of work. Gold on the bottom is picked up with a tweezer and carefully placed in a small bottle. The collected gold can be kept at the cafe or taken home. It is also possible to find a diamond at the cafe.
