The Best Way to Explore London | 4K Walk from Waterloo to Paternoster Square

The best way to see all that London has to offer is to walk! See the world famous landmarks, both historic and modern and discover hidden gems that can be found all over London, all you need to do is put on those walking shoes and explore! In this walk I leave London Waterloo Station and cross Waterloo Bridge (passing the BMI IMAX) and turn right onto the Strand. Here we pass Somerset House and walk towards St Mary le Strand Church. As we leave Strand we pass the now abandoned Strand (Aldwych) Tube Station, which was once the terminus of the Piccadilly branch line from Holborn. I then pass the Royal Courts of Justice and there an imposing dragon comes into view, the Temple Bar Memorial Dragon, marking the entrance to the City of London as we step onto the world famous Fleet Street, the home of British Press. As Fleet Street begins its incline onto Ludgate Hill the magnificent Christopher Wren masterpiece, St Paul's Cathedral comes into View.
