Turning Kentucky Fried Chicken into PULLED CHiCKEN TACOS 🌮😋

Here is another idea for turning leftovers into a wonderful dinner. I feel like when you use leftovers it's almost like you're making a budget friendly meal because you're getting too meals for the price of one. We have leftover Kentucky fried chicken and meatloaf from previous dinner and I turned them into pulled chicken and taco meat for Our Taco Tuesday. It actually turned out really good, all I did was pull the chicken off the bone put it into a crockpot and you can add your own spices, but I added green chilies, paprika, garlic, onion, salt, fire, roasted tomatoes, and some garlic powder. But just add what you love to add for your Mexican inspired meals. Even though the meatloaf had a glaze on top, it didn't take away from the taco taste and my family had no idea that I actually turned the meatloaf into meat for beef tacos. I hadn't yet gone grocery shopping so I didn't have a lot to pair with the tacos because I've been trying to make sure we eat up everything in the refrigerator before I go grocery shopping again, so I would love to have added shredded lettuce and fresh tomatoes to the taco bar, but I didn't have them.
