Played here is the JP version, the only differences from the western releases are Mr. X smoking a cigar and throwing it away + being able to see Blaze her undies when doing certain moves. This is the only game in the series which; lacks the 2 player coop moves. lacks a character bios. doesn't have multiple endings. lets you throw the Big Ben enemies without being crushed. doesn't let you throw enemies over your shoulder nor kick, when being held from behind.
