The age old question is answered: why am I still using FS2004? More info here! Check out my Patreon page! Become a patron, and receive great rewards! / aviationpro Check out my latest VATSIM video! SRA Approach at Amsterdam with FULL ATC! • ✈️👨✈️ VATSIM: SRA "Talkdown" Approac... Another VATSIM video: Memphis to Atlanta: FULL ATC! • ✈️👨✈️ VATSIM: IFR Flight Example: Me... Check out why FS2004 is still beautiful! • Spectacular Boeing 747-400 Dawn Appro... The main reasons: 1- More framerates. I can't afford it to buy a huge system to run Prepar3D as smooth as I run FS9 now, so I'm happy to have a lot of framerates using FS2004, even when using "heavy" addons in cloudy conditions! 2- Addons and money: I have already spent quite a bit of money and time on addons. I like the addons that I have, and I don't really feel a need (yet) to switch to a new simulator just because some new addons are out on the market. 3- Time: I have already spent a lot of time on tweaking and configuring FS2004 the way I like it and to let it run as smooth as possible with the best texture quality. Starting to fly with a new simulator would require a lot of time and can be seen as starting a big project before it runs the same way as good ol' FS9! 4- No crashes: Out of Memory Errors? Black Screens during landing? No way in FS2004! It just doesn't happen. 99,99% of the time this flight simulator runs smoothly without any crashes. This allows me to complete my flight without having to worry about such things! ;) Addons in this video: RealAir Spitfire iFly Boeing 737NG Taxi2Gate Bratislava (LZIB) Taxi2Gate Kosice (LZKZ) Thanks for watching!
