The Commander Security Forces Mullaitivu, Major General Sanjaya Wanasinghe graced the occasion as the Chief Guest on the invitation of General Officer Commanding 66 Infantry Division Major General Lasantha Rodrigo. Due to the Covid - 19 pandemic the facility was curtailed for the general public. However the 66 Infantry Division took the initiative and converted the Leisure Beach into new outlook and the facilities were upgraded The Security Forces Commander unveiled the plaque and Commar Point Leisure Beach declare - opened for the public convenience.
