In this video I try to make artificial grow lights less bewildering, keeping it as simple as possible as it can be so confusing when you read up on them. So the aim was to make this a simple beginner's guide. I explain why we need and use grow lights for houseplants and plants in general, how and when to use them, the types of lights out there and colour wavelengths.
