This beautiful castle was built at the end of the 19th century. On the same grounds, the original castle was built in the 13th century but was destroyed some centuries later. All that was left were ruins, until this castle was built. On these grounds lived Kings, Counts and members of the Royal family and therefor this castle is part of the country's history. Down in the cellars were the servant rooms who were called by ringing bells, each with it's own unique sound corresponding to a certain floor in the castle. Unbelievable that this is left to rot...
