These delicious, melt-in-your-mouth cookies made with gram flour (besan) are a perfect treat for any occasion. Ingredients: 1 cup Besan (gram flour) 1/3 cup Powdered sugar 1/2 cup Ghee (clarified butter) 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Baking soda 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder Chopped pistachios or almonds for garnish Steps: 1. Whisk together ghee and powdered sugar for 7-8 minutes. 2. Add besan, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom powder, to the whisked ghee and sugar mixture in a mixing bowl. 3. Mix well to form a smooth dough. 4. Shape the Dough: Divide the dough into small, equal-sized balls and flatten them slightly. Garnish with chopped nuts on top. 5. Bake: Place the Nankhatai on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
