This video shows all available options for this trophy. When you play the main quest "The Gate of the Vanquished", you'll face a decision: Side with Yarra or Drakka to be the Commander of the Desert Tribe. It doesn't matter which choice you'll make, you'll get the trophy either way and the overall story remains the same. The only difference is a few cutscenes with one instead of the other.
