What is the function of the Body of Christ? [Interview] (Gary Fenn)

In the film, The Brotherhood -- The Body of Christ, you can learn how the Body of Christ functions and how you can become a member. But what function do the different members have, and what is their purpose? "And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ" (Ephesians 4:11-12). Gary Fenn from Connecticut, USA, explains that a great part of the process of our being perfected for the work of the ministry has to do with our relationship with the people whom God has placed in the church. They have a specific task that only they can do, and without that work, we cannot become perfected in our ministry. What is the purpose of the brotherhood? "...to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 3:10). The Church -- the brotherhood of Jesus Christ -- will remain standing for all eternity as a testimony of people who were resurrected because of their faith and love of God. "And all creative beings will understand that to live by the will of God is the only right choice to make," explains Fenn. Watch the interview above, of Gary Fenn from the United States.
