Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe above 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp Almesan (recipe below) 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves 1/4 cup parsley leaves (optional) pinch of red pepper flakes (optional) lemon wedges, for garnish Almesan Recipe (Vegan Parmasan): 1/4 cup slivered/sliced almonds 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 tsp lemon zest Shredded Brussels Sprout & Cranberry Salad: 4 cups shredded Brussels sprouts (approx. 1/2 lb.
