If you’re looking for a healthy meal that’s packed with flavor and goodness, you’re in the right place." Moringa, often called the 'drumstick tree,' is loaded with vitamins and minerals. Combined with lentils, this dish makes for a hearty, protein-rich meal. Let’s get started!" --- ingredients list 1 cup Toor dal 1/4 cup masoor dal 1 cup fresh moringa leaves 1 medium onion, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 2 to 4 green chili, slit 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp mustard seeds garlic cloves 2 tbsp oil or ghee Salt to taste curry leaves dry red chilli Start by washing the dal & drumstick leaves thoroughly. In a cooker, add the dal, drumstick leaves, onion, tomato, garlic, green chillies, salt & turmeric powder pour enough water & pressure cook- for 3 whistles. In a separate pan, heat the oil or ghee. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Add the curry leaves and dry red chili. Once everything is well combined and the flavors have melded, garnish with fresh coriander."
