On my recent trip to Vietnam, the constant question I was battling as a vegetarian was - what are my options for food? To my surprise, I managed to try out some vegetarian dishes in Vietnam and gave my rating. Here's how it went! Vietnam is synonymous with the variety of seafood, banh mi and coffee. Although, ever wondered what it's like being a vegetarian here? Well let me tell you, it wasn't all that bad! There were a host of options to indulge in that went beyond the Aloo, Paneer and Mushroom window. So from the Vietnamese Ban Trang Nuoung, Noodles, Ché To Rice Paper Spring Roll and The Purple Lady Dessert, these were some of the top vegetarian delicacies that satisfied and pleased my taste buds and hunger pangs. Of course the rating is purely based on personal taste & experience and nothing more! Which dish are you most likely to taste? Let us know below!
