In this video, I take to the water on a windy and wet winters day in my cedar strip canoe to explore Salhouse and Hoveton Great Broad on the beautiful Norfolk Broads. I stop and cook up some pork belly slices on the Firebox stove before continuing along the River Bure. Winter is a great time to explore the Broads, they take on a wilder feel and of course they are much quieter without the busy summertime river traffic!
