Recipe by Brinda Gandhi Ingredients 1 cup readymade muesli 3 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp jaggery 1 tbsp honey ½ tsp ghee Method Heat ghee in a pan. Add the muesli, brown sugar, jaggery and honey, mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes. Remove from the flame and pour it onto a square shaped plate or mould and spread the mixture evenly, allow it to cool slightly. Cut the mixture while still slightly hot to make a bar.
