I’m Never Using Another Lead System - Here’s Why 👊

A running lead setup for silt, rocks or weed and with leader or tubing. Picking the right running rig system is a bit tricky. I’ve tried lots of off the shelf running rig systems and they all have issues. For the past couple of years, I’ve been testing this setup on a variety of waters and it ticks all the boxes. Best thing about it is that if the lead gets trapped, the run ring breaks at 10 lbs of force so I can break the rig free if I have to. The running lead system I show in this video is a custom kit made from a few bits and pieces which work brilliantly together and I’ve got a rig tubing version and a leader version. The two main components are a Fox run ring and a Nash Heli sleeve. I’ve been fishing with this system for a few years on various waters and it’s an absolute winner. ► Here's the list of components for this rig: https://amzn.to/3PvVCc2 ► Pair this running lead with my ‘deadly d rig’ for the ultimate ‘go anywhere’ rig:    • 100% Bombproof Carp Rig (ANYTIME / AN...   ⏰ In this video: 00:00 How to choose the right running lead? 00:27 How to tie a running lead with rig tubing? 05:22 How the running rig works 07:11 How to create a shock and run effect 11:00 What happens if the lead gets trapped? 11:33 How and where I fish with this rig 12:11 Fishing in weed 15:56 Why am I using this run ring with a helicopter sleeve? 17:45 How to cast a running rig ► Beausoleil Carp and Cats (my lake in France) https://www.frenchcarpandcats.com/ ► Support the channel: Use this Amazon link: https://amzn.to/3TbvnaF for any purchase Hit the THANKS button in any video (When available, we use affiliate links and may earn a commission) This channel is supported by Nash but I am in charge of the content of each video and only use products I have total confidence in. #matthewcollins #carpfishingexplained
