Here is an OP RADIATING ORB Open Hand MONK Build in Baldur's Gate 3! This is pretty useful all the way through Act two and until you get to the House of Hope and Act 3 where you can get the best gloves for a monk with the gloves of soul catching. This build is really interesting since we can stack radiant damage in flurry of blows giving us 4 stacks PER BONUS ACTION This gets to be really fun as you can trigger the radiating orbs quickly on a bunch of targets giving them less chance to land their attacks.
