Dies ist der zweite Teil derAxalp 2023. Auch im Jahr 2023 fand das Axalp Fliegerschiessen statt. Die Schweizer Luftwaffe hat den Zuschauern wieder einmal beeindruckend gezeigt, zu was die Piloten und Maschinen fähig sind. Pünktlich (wie zu erwarten) um 14:00 Uhr brach die erste F/A-18C Hornet über die Fliegerfreunde und Fans und eröffnete das Fliegerschiessen an diesem Mittwoch. Die runde 4000 Zuschauer konnten auf 2200 Metern über Null feinstes fliegerisches Können bestauenen. Die Karten waren in kürzester Zeit vergriffen.Das Wetter war diesmal etwas bewölkter, aber dennoch sehr gut und bot eine angenehme Hintergrundbeleuchtung für diese einzigartige Flugschau in den Schweizer Alpen. Die Hornets gaben mit ihren 20mm M61-Vulcan "Gatling Bordkanonen" vollgas zu Beginn und sorgten für reichlich Stimmung am Start der fast zwei Stunden dauernden Show. Das erwartete und normalerweise folgenden Displays mit mit der Super Puma entfiel leider, aber die PC-21, die Sonderoperationskräfte, und vielen Weiteren atemberaubenden Flugmomente ließen auch dieses mal keine Wünsche offen. Das „grande Finale“ bildeten wie immer die F-5E Tiger II der Schweizer Kunstflugstaffel Patrouille Suisse. Jet-Kunstflug in Perfektion, wenn auch diesmal nur zu fünft. Im diesjährigen Clip zeige ein paar der spektakulärsten Momente des Axalp-Fliegerschiessens 2023. Gefilmt wurde mal wieder mit einer Sony PXW-X70 aus ca. 500m Entfernung.
