Road Trip from Jahlar lake to Naushehra || soon valley

Soon Valley can be easily called as valley of Lakes. This valley is nestled between Mianwali and Khushab. Jahlar Lake is comparatively a small lake than Khabeki and Uchhali Lakes, however its remoteness gives it an edge, making it more clean and environment friendly. It is located at a distance of 20 Km from Naushera; the main town of Soon Valley and Tehsil Headquarter. However, since the road is in poor condition, it takes around 50 minutes to reach this place. The route from Naushera to Jahlar Lake is very scenic and you have to cross few other small valleys enroute. There is no shop or any other facility astride the Lake and you must take your eatables or picnic stuff along. The road is in terrible condition but is manageable for cars. Lake's water is salty and there are no fish but a lot of Murghabis can be seen here.
