Machine: la Pavoni Professional pre-Millennium (1983). First shot, 3X Fellini, longer preinfusion, pulled at a lower force, and without checking the flow by looking at the portafilter's output. The second, 1X Fellini, pulled with increased pressure, and while checking the output. I know, I should have removed the cups before it stopped flowing, but even so, the taste in both was really good. The first one was with a more sweet flavour, the second one, with stronger force, was towards a stronger flavour. Coffee is self roasted, 3 days old Nicaragua Flores del Café (Womens Fund Project). One of the best aromatic coffees I've ever tried, up there at the Mandheling level (12 grams each.).
