Wash the rice clean. 2. To a wide pot, add enough water to cook the rice. 3. To the water add salt and rice. Cook until the rice is done. 4. After the rice is cooked, strain it and keep it aside. 5. To a pan, add oil. 6. To this add channa dhal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, Green chillies, curry leaves and Saute it. 7. Once the mustard splatters, cashew nuts. Roast the nuts until they change color. 8. Add the grated coconut. Keep the flame on low. 9. Now add the rice and mix well. 10.Add the required salt and mix well. 11. Amazing coconut rice is done. Ingredients for Raw Banana kabab : Raw Banana - 3 Nos. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tsp Kabab Powder - 3 Tsp Poppy seeds - 1 Tsp Oil for fry Method for Raw Banana kabab : 1. Remove the ends of the banana, peel it and slice it. 2. Put the sliced plantain in water until needed. 3. To a bowl, add Ginger Garlic Paste 4. Add Kabab powder and little water. 5. Add the paste to the sliced Raw Banana slices and add Poppy seeds mix well. 6. Keep it aside for 30 mins 7. Take a wide pan, add oil for frying. 8. Fry it until they are golden brown on both side. 9.
