These are pretty fun. The only thing I do not like wish gives it's 4 stars is that I wish it had 4 total of the numbers 3-6. odds are you will not need extras or 1-2 or 7-8 so I think the set would be awesome if it came with: Two # 1's, #2's, #7's, #8's and Four # 3's, #4's, #5's, #6's For a total of : 24 pieces instead of the 16 pieces the set comes with. This would give many more lacing options. As you will see in my video I had to lace them both differently. Now for CLEANING... So how do we clean them???? Easy if you are putting the whole shoe in the was leave them on the shoe and just throw the shoes in separate pillow cases. and dry on low heat or air dry in dryer.... you can also just remove the laces and simply rinse them under water and they will come clean. Over all these laces are a fun way to personalize your shoes. the only down fall to using them for kids is that children aren't going to be learning how to tie shoes..... but yes slipping on and not having to tie makes things so much easier...
