Dhudu Nacheya is a traditional folk song from Chamba valley in Himachal Pradesh. This song is about Lord Shiva who is described as 'Dhudu' - dancing with his hair open. As Gaura & Ganga - his two wives, going to get water, they enter into an argument about the nature of their relationship. Ganga smilingly says that she is the step wife of Lord Shiva. Angry, Gaura starts fighting with Ganga, destroying all her beautiful ornaments. Sage Bhagiratha elopes with Ganga leaving Lord Shiva (Dhudu) alone....
