The best Cheese Burger recipe

Today I'm showing you a recipe for my favorite cheesburgers, featuring fluffy potato rolls, accompanied by homemade mayonnaise and caramelized onions. Give them a try! Follow me Instagram:   / dario_chef   TikTok:   / dario_chef   Recipe: For cheesburgers: ground meat 15/20% fat 640g cheese 8 slices tomatoes salad ketchup mustard pickled gherkins For the sandwiches: 0 flour 275g sugar 20g butter 25g potatoes 75g milk 115g yolks 2 yeast 10g salt 5g For the mayonnaise: egg 1 oil 200ml lemon juice 1 tablespoon salt For caramelized onions: onions 3 butter 15g oil brown sugar 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons salt Start by making the rolls: boil the potatoes until soft, then mash them and let them cool. Dissolve yeast and sugar in milk and let stand 10 minutes In planetary mixer pour flour and mashed potatoes, start kneading then add milk with yeast and sugar in a trickle, when flour has absorbed them add egg yolks, continue kneading and add salt and lastly soft butter one piece at a time. Move the dough to work surface and make rounds of folds, then let rise in an oiled bull for about 3 hours. In the meantime, prepare the mayonnaise: In a tall glass pour the egg, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and oil, dip the blades of the blender to the bottom of the glass. Season with salt and cook for 1 minute, turn the meat over, add the sliced cheese, cover with the lid and let it melt. Remove the meat from the heat and repeat these steps for the rest of the meat. Slice the tomatoes and split the buns in half; if you want you can toast them in a pan with butter. Assemble the sandwiches, spread some sauce on the bread, add some sliced gherkins, salad, a tomato slice seasoned with salt, two slices of meat with cheese, the caramelized onions and close with the remaining slice of bread.
