Give try to this club sandwich (restaurant style) recipe and share your feedback with us. #ClubSandwich #Sandwich #ChickenSandwich Ingredients for sandwich: Chicken fillets 250g Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Mustard paste 1 tbsp Lettuce leaves as required Tomato (sliced) as required Cucumber (sliced) as required Egg 1 Sandwich bread as required Butter as required Ingredients for garlic mayo sauce: Mayonnaise 1 cup Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp Garlic (chopped) 1/2 tbsp Parsley (dried) 1 tsp Ingredients for coleslaw: Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup Carrot (julienne) 1/2 cup Lemon juice 1 tbsp Mayonnaise 1 cup Vinegar 1 tsp Salt to taste Black pepper 1/2 tsp Icing sugar 1/2 tsp Directions: Take chicken breast piece and cut thin fillets. In a bowl add mustard paste, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt, chicken fillets and mix it well. Marinate your chicken for 25 to 30 minutes. For garlic mayo sauce add mayonnaise, black pepper, garlic, parsley in a bowl and mix it well. Your garlic mayo sauce is ready. For coleslaw take a bowl, add mayo, sugar, lemon juice, black pepper, vinegar and mix it well. Add cabbage, carrot in it, mix well again and its ready. Refrigerate for 2 hours at least before serving. Now take sandwich bread and remove edges. Brush your grill pan with butter and grill bread from both sides for a minute. In a frying pan add one teaspoon of oil and fry egg in it until fully cooked from both sides. Grease a grill pan with oil and cook marinated chicken for 3 minutes each side. Then cut strips and set aside. Spread mayo sauce on bread slice, place lettuce leaves, grilled chicken and place another slice on top. Spread mayo sauce again and place lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and fried egg on top. Drizzle more garlic mayo sauce and cover it with another bread slice. Cut it into mini triangle shape and secure your sandwich with toothpick. Serve it with fries and coleslaw. Your delicious club sandwich now ready to serve.
