If you ever had a shield break on you when playing Super Smash Bros, you're characer goes into a Dizzy state where you can't do anything until it wears off. Every Character in Super Smash Bros has their own Dizzy Animation from Nintendo 64 all the way up to Super Smash Bros Ultimate (even though not out yet but they have it) becomes dizzy when their shield break... or some people rerfer it as them being drunk.
