Welcome to Santi Cru. Jharkhand, the word "Jhar" means 'forest' and "Khand" means 'land' in various Indo-Aryan languages. Thus another name of Jharkhand is 'The Land of Forest', is a state in eastern India. It's known for its waterfalls, forests, hills and natural beauty. The state capital is Ranchi. We tried to explore a major part of Jharkhand a few days back. In total 15 main tourist destinations we were able to cover in a span of 4 days.
