The Central Kalahari Game Reserve covers a whopping 50000 square kilometres, making it one of Africa's largest protected areas. It's home to lions, leopards, wild dogs and, as we found out, cheetahs, along with plenty of other desert-adapted species like oryx, springbok and red hartebeest. We camped at Deception Valley public campsite no.3 and in this video I share my thoughts on the best (and worst) campsites around Deception Valley, Sunday Pan and Leopard Pan in the CKGR.
