So I've been wanting to make an animatic for a veeerry long time but I've never been able to complete any until this one. The thing with this one is that it was actually supposed to just be fan art but then I decided to make it into an animatic at some point. That's why there's not much movement and it's not exactly animated so I wonder if I can actually call this an animatic. It's more like a series of images. I'm sorry if it looks boring but I guess the focus of this was just the art and not the animation. But I'm still so glad I managed to finish this eventually. As for the story. I guess I've always loved this idea of Keith and Lance meeting in a different life, time, universe, dimension or whatever and kind of just recognizing one another or feeling some sort of connection to each other because of the time they spent together in their voltron life/dimention/universe. But it's not all clear and they'll just kind of get these glimpses from that life. So here I think Keith always sees this boy he doesn't know in the city and he never carries an umbrella but Keith feels some sort of connection to him so this time he decides to share his umbrella with mystery boy Lance. And when Lance looks at Keith he also feels the connection and gets some sort of flashbacks. But obviously you can interpret the story however you like. I don't think I can take credit for that idea because I'm sure many people have thought of that before.
