It's the holiday season and what better way to start the celebration with a comforting recipe. In this video, I'm sharing a steamed fruitcake pudding that sticky, sweet and filled with fruits, nuts and seeds. I have used mixed fruits, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and coconut flakes. Not forgetting the dried cranberries (fresh cranberries will work well too). It's easy to make and, no whisking, no creaming, no beating, just add the ingredients in the right quantity and pour into pudding molds. Paired with a homemade maple butter sauce and served with a side of mascarpone cream. Such a luxury treat for the taste buds!
