Connect with me on: TikTok   / quainthousewife   Instagram   / thequainthousewife   Facebook   / the-quaint-housewife-920561591359697   ------------------------------------------------ RECIPE 4 cups flour 1/4 cup sugar 4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 3/4 cup raisins 1.5 cups milk (just enough to give the bread a Play-doh moisture level after kneading.) For pan: 1 Tbsp oil for pan grilling DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix first 5 ingredients. 2. Add sunflower seed and raisins. Mix again. Make sure raisins are not clumpy. 3. Add Milk, mix, and knead bread. 4. Cut dough into 12 or more pieces. 5. Add a small amount of oil from the tablespoon for each round of pan grilling. Pan should be close to medium level in heat. 6. Press each dough piece (around 4" each) into a disc with palms and fingers. 7. Grill 3 or 4 breads in a large pan for 2 minutes on each side, working in a few batches. Let cool a few minutes before serving. Breads can be frozen once cooled. Microwave each bread for about 15 seconds to reheat or soften.
