We could see the building was actually for sale but we were curious what had happened and why it has been sitting for so long. We stopped in a nearby gas station to talk to someone and a nice lady said it had been that way for a couple years and she wasn’t sure why it wasn’t sold. Well in Blessing Boy’s style we are going to clean up this property, whip nature into shape and see if this property can come to life again. We have had many stories of these properties being cleaned up and then purchased and restored. So let’s see if we can do that here today! It’s a bigger property than we thought so this one took a ton of mowing and thank goodness Ty was up for a massive amount of weed eating! He took care of the perimeter of the property while I began mowing.
