It depends on what the symptoms are of pancreatitis, which is an irritation of the pancreas. The most common treatment is withholding food and/or water and then balancing out the microbiome with probiotics, fermented foods, and other ways to help regain balance throughout the body because pancreatitis symptoms are symptoms of imbalance of the cells in the pancreas and the immune system that affects the pancreas. The goal rather than getting rid of symptoms which you can often do with fasting is to rebalance the body, so probiotics and fasting are my two tips for today.
