How To Sow Scabious / Sowing Pincushion Flowers

Today I am sowing 14 different varieties of Scabious (Pincushion flowers), these include both annuals and perennials. Scabious can be sown through the autumn and winter, and also, in the spring between February and April. I have had great success growing scabious in my garden, especially the annuals, but also the Cephalaria Gigantea, which grows to at least 8 feet tall and is constantly covered in bees and other insects.
