Here is everything I eat in a week to lose weight . I lost 30kgs in just 10 months and beginning is always chaotic, so I tried to skip lunch and breakfasts at times . But as the time passed by, I focused more on building inner strength with food and workout. The diet differs from different body types. I have very poor metabolism which makes me stringent and disciplined over my diet as well as daily physical workout and brisk walk for about 1 hour. It took me a lot to transform my body and I choose to live a healthy lifestyle no matter what. Initially, the social stigma played a role but eventually I realised that it was more about self care and self love than simply avoiding food that I actually love. So on cheat days I prefer having my favorite dishes(that too at rare occasions). Keep supporting !
