Stuck shower head

Need help removing shower head nut. I cannot get it to release, even using a wrench. It is new, so no rust is present. I think someone put the tape on counter clockwise and that may be part of the problem. Any suggestions? PROBLEM SOLVED !! This type of shower head comes with a special type of key to release the head. Many property owners are installing these "water saving" devices in their rental properties. Well, turns out I was actually using more water because I stayed in the shower longer than I did when using a hand-held shower device. The landlord removed the fixed head and I installed a water saving hand-held one. Yaaay! BTW. Some folk say you can jimmy it with a small bike wrench. My handyman would do this. LOL. Um, just send a text or email to your property owner or landlord.
