STEPS:- FIRST OFF ALL OPEN YOUR BOTH COMPANY IN TALLY NOW OPEN YOUR OLD COMPANY IN TALLY AND GO TO DISPLAY THAN LIST OF ACCOUNTS AND CLICK TO EXPORT SELECT THE FORMAT AS XML TYPE FILE NAME AS MASTER.XML OR ANY OTHER NAME WHICH YOU LIKE BUT DON'T FORGET THE EXTENSION SHOULD BE XML COMPLETE THE EXPORT PROCEDURES NOW OPEN YOUR NEW COMPANY ON MAIN MENU I.E.
