Ingredients Turkey fillet, 400g Potatoes, 1000g Onion, 100g Carrot, 100g Greek yogurt, 70g Garlic, 20g Olive oil, 1 tbsp Parsley, 15g Salt, rosemary, black pepper, oregano Preparation: Dice the potatoes. Dice the turkey fillet. Finely dice the onion. Dice the carrots. Finely chop the parsley. Finely chop the garlic. Place all the ingredients in a roasting bag. Add Greek yogurt to all the ingredients. Add salt, rosemary, black pepper, and oregano. Add olive oil. Tie the roasting bag tightly and mix everything well. Place the bag with ingredients into a baking dish. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180°C.
