Ginger Garlic Paste 2-3 tbsp. chili sauce 1/2 tsp Paprika Salt to taste 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup Milk 2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise Directions for Loaded Fries: Cut potatoes and soak them in hot water for 10-15 minutes. Then take them out and pet dry. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat the oil and fry the fries over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Take them out and rest it for 10 minutes. Fry the fries again until golden brown. Cheese sauce In a pan heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, chili garlic sauce, salt and paprika, mozzarella cheese & cheddar cheese, milk and mayonnaise. Let the cheese melt. Place fries in a platter, pour the cheese, sprinkle some jalapeno and spring onion. Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serving: 2-3
