Get access to my FREE resources 👉 https://drbrg.co/4dkXyxS Consuming sugar isn't the only thing that can cause high blood sugar levels. Check this out! 0:00 The highest blood sugar in history 1:35 Can stress cause high blood sugar? 2:10 What is an A1C test? 3:55 What you can do 6:42 Check out my video on sea salt! Let's talk about blood sugar. A normal blood sugar level is about 80 mg/dL. The highest blood sugar level in history was recorded in 2008 by a child with type 1 diabetes, and it was 2,656 mg/dL. It's not just sugar that can cause high blood sugar—stress can do it too. When you go through stress, your body needs quick energy. This causes your liver to start converting protein, fat, and ketones into glucose. This situation has nothing to do with your diet—you could be eating healthy, and this could still happen when you're stressed. An A1C test is a fantastic test that measures your average blood sugar levels over 2-3 months. If you're doing everything right on a keto and fasting plan, but your A1C is not coming down, it could be because of stress. The best thing you can do in this situation is exercise. One good 30-40 minute workout every day can typically handle the excess sugar being produced because of stress. Physical work in your yard or around your house may be the best form of exercise in this scenario because it can take your attention off of your mental stress. It's important to note that a sodium deficiency can raise your cortisol, indirectly affecting your blood sugar. It's essential to make sure you consume enough sea salt as well as potassium. If you do that, along with exercise, a keto diet, and fasting, you should be able to keep your stress and your A1C low. ADD YOUR SUCCESS STORY HERE: https://www.drberg.com/add-client-suc...
