It's the first exercises I introduce clients too when implementing this tool - but there are several other movements and methods we can explore with this one tool. We're living in a weird time. You've probably figured out by now that it's a good idea to invest in some training equipment you can use at home. When doing so, get as elaborate as you want but if you're looking to compile a short list of essentials - in my opinion, the trap bar is on that list. It's going to allow you to squat and deadlift heavy and help you keep a better position throughout your lifts with the advantage being the center of gravity and how the weight is loaded.
