MORNING ROUTINE CHALLENGE

In this first episode of Diary of a Procrastinator, we will challenge ourselves to complete a morning routine for one month. Our goal is that 30 days of having a consistent morning routine will a) make us feel like we accomplished something, b) give us a schedule to follow when we get out of bed, and c) make us healthier and more energetic. For 30 days we will: 1) Exercise every morning 2) Meditate every morning We had planned to have a scheduled bed time and wake up time as well but we found that hard to stick to. In order for us to succeed, we decided to focus our attention on just doing the exercise and meditation.
