1 Day as a Tourist in Braintree, Essex, England | UK Travel Vlog

Welcome to Braintree! In this brand new UK Travel Vlog I explore the historic market town of Braintree in Essex which began its life 4000 years ago as a village! My trip begins at the Braintree and Bocking Public Gardens with some history on an extremely influential Courtauld family. From there I jumped back into my car and headed for the town center. Luckily I was given permission to film at the stunning Town Hall, which opened May 22nd 1928! From there I unearth some interesting history at an old drunkard lock up, before taking a walk on the stunning old Flitch Way Railway Route. My next destination is the hustle and bustle of market day in the town center, and a catch up with a variety of brilliant characters plying their wares, followed by a tour of Bocking Arts theatre by a local comedian. Finally I take in Braintree Museum for a vital history lesson, ending my trip at a crackin local place called Toast, with a proper tasty meatball toasted sarnie! Bloody brilliant!
