The road conditions were pleasant until we reached the Ildek River, which currently has no bridge. However, the locals have cleverly employed bamboo rafts to cross the river. Beyond Ildek, the off-road terrain begins, with occasional patches of paved road. While the route may be challenging during the rainy season, the dry season offers a thrilling ride amidst breathtaking scenery. We relished the stunning views while navigating this off-road stretch, eventually crossing into Rongjeng via Mangsang, 44 kilometers from Ildek River.
