Virtual Reality Animation to Methanol Plant

This animation is part of our graduating senior design project in chemical engineering in King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM). It is about producing methanol using captured CO2. We have incorporated industrial Internet of Things in our design also. It depicts all the major details of our plant that was sized rigorously via known methods in chemical engineering, then simulated using Aspen HYSYS. The plant then was structured in SolidWorks, and rendered using 3D max. It is currently competing on several awards of best project nationwide in Saudi Arabia. Team leader: Eng.
