After combing through some tutorials we made when we were first getting started teaching people how to get started screen printing cheaply, I found this video. It is still useful today. I have used this very technique to burn giant screen printing screens without a burning unit (aka exposure unit). The biggest screen I ever burned using this technique was 7 feet wide by about 4 feet tall. We used it to screen print a big logo on a tent wall. It's funny to see little pieces of the past that lead up to the development of the Merchmakr screen printing system.
