Gluteus Medius Weakness With Low Back Pain Pilates Fix!

Hello Pilates Lovers! Do you have low back pain usually in one side? have you check your Gluteus Medius? This video will fix your Gluteus Medius Weakness With Low Back Pain with Pilates Fix! and it is focusing on the Gluteus Medius muscle weakness, I discussed the Anatomy and Function of this muscle before i demonstrated 7 exercises focusing on this muscle to strengthen to support the low back, pelvic area and most especially the hip ,which is one of your Glute muscles that help with your posture, balance and stability. If this muscle is strengthen, it will eventually help low back pain, aches, stiffness, asymmetry of pelvis and decrease rotation of the hip during walking and standing and usually in one side of the hip and back. Side lying position is a great alternative if lying on your back causes pain and discomfort.
