This is a simply incredible, single-storey detached villa with two annexes, private swimming pool, garage, central heating, 360º views of the surrounding mountains and countryside and a hectare of land, situated in a beautiful rural location that is within walking distance of the nearby hamlet of Los Cerricos, which has a charming and traditional bar-restaurant. The larger town of Chirivel can be reached in 15 minutes by car for further amenities, and even larger towns such as Albox and Velez-Rubio within 30 minutes. The coast is around an hour away. Arriving at the property through the land belonging to the house, you will end up in a vast parking area to the side of the property that leads up to the back of the house, where the garage is located.
