Ranchi is called the "Land of Waterfalls" and is the capital of Jharkhand. This was the road trip we did in Feb'2022 and was our second road trip to Ranchi by our Tata Tiago. Purvanchal Expressway is a 340.8 km long, 6-lane wide access-controlled expressway in Uttar Pradesh, India. We were really excited to be able to drive on Purvanchal Expressway. This is the complete detailed road trip video from Delhi to Ranchi via the Purvanchal Expressway. The construction work was started on 10 October 2018 and was inaugurated and was opened to the public on 16 November 2021 by our Prime Minister, Mr. Modi. The Purvanchal Expressway has a 3.2 km long airstrip at Akhalkiri Karwat village near Kurebhar in Sultanpur district for emergency landing of aircraft. This is our road trip to Ranchi, Jharkhand, where we both grew up and have spent our childhood. It was a nostalgic trip down memory lane. As soon as you enter Bihar it was like a nightmare. The road condition is bad and in order to cover 400 km, it is going to take 10hours. When will the GT road in Bihar going to be better, is a difficult question to answer. Had GT road in Bihar improved the time for this entire road trip will come down considerably and will be much better and more enjoyable. We are a couple travelers and passionate about exploring new places. We discover new places and always try to spread the joy of traveling and wanderlust. Our job will be done if we can inspire you all to pack your bags and head out for the weekend or enjoy a new location near your place which was always there but you never visited.
